Machupicchu, Peru has been recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Thousands of archeological sites are found in Peru, ranging from 10,000 year old camp sites. This area was once the seat of the incredible Inca Empire and has a wealth of cultural heritage.
Welcome to APIC’s V Festival Anual de Gastronomia
Peruana, Sabor a Peru Culinary Expo 2009. This event sponsored by the
General Embassy of Peru , and PUSSAC – Peru USA Chamber of Commerce, carries the
mission of promoting, advancing, and gaining recognition of our Peruvian Cuisine
within the vast and diverse population of the United States . During the
festive segment of the show, Chefs and Culinary Master participants will prepare
and demonstrate the food delicacies that have made Peru ’s culinary arts famous
worldwide.
Funds to be raised will serve to continue our mission of assisting the needy
children and youth of Peru and low income communities of Greater Los Angeles
