Machupicchu, Peru has been recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Thousands of archeological sites are found in Peru, ranging from 10,000 year old camp sites. This area was once the seat of the incredible Inca Empire and has a wealth of cultural heritage.

The Asociación Peruana Internacional de Cultura (APIC), is proud to present the 'Splendors of Peru' Festival 2008. This year, the festival includes a show of Inka & Pre-Inka Ceremonial Gowns, delicious Peruvian food, arts & crafts vendors and live music under the summer sky. Festivities will take place at the beautiful Pearson Park Amphitheatre with its majestic courtyards, corridors and first class stage.

This project is supported, in part, by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
